Who is eligible to refer a candidate?
Anyone outside of Arvion — except recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or vendors offering hiring services.
How do I submit a referral?
Referrals must be submitted exclusively through our official Referral Portal. Submissions via email, LinkedIn, or other channels will not be accepted or processed.
What information do I need to provide?
The candidate's full name, contact details, an updated resume or LinkedIn profile, and their explicit consent to be contacted by Arvion.
When will I receive the referral reward?
Within 30 days after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 calendar days of continuous employment with Arvion.
What if multiple people refer the same candidate?
The first valid submission, determined by portal timestamp, will be eligible for the reward. Duplicate referrals will not qualify.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There's no limit — you can refer as many qualified candidates as you'd like.
How will I be paid?
Referral rewards are processed via bank transfer to an account registered in your name. We do not process payments to third parties or alternative payment methods.
